In this video I'm going to show you how to sign up to trustedhousepainter.com, how to confirm your email address and complete your profile setup.
Trusted House Painter helps you find painting companies in any city, post your painting project to get quotes and prepare for success using the free Homeowner Toolkit.
First go to www.trustedhousepainter.com and click login. Then click join and choose the homeowner membership. Here you'll enter your basic login information, prove that you're not a robot and click register.
Now that the first part is done you can go back to your email and click the confirmation button that you received. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive, so also check your spam and junk folder in the event that the email doesn't show up in your inbox. Once you receive the email, click the confirmation button.
That's it! This link takes you back to Trusted House Painter and presents you with your homeowner dashboard. Here you can find painters, post a project, download your homeowner toolkit or change your user profile under the user profile.
You can change your first and last name, phone number and password. For member type, feel free to change your unique member type to fit your profile. Your project history shows all of your previous projects posted on Trusted House Painter. All posts are automatically saved here for final editing prior to posting your project to all local painters.
It's important to note that after you post a project you can no longer edit the project. You can sort your projects by date and type, each project listed shows the status of that project and you can view the details of each project including which painting company has claimed your project. By clicking the button in the next section you can view all of the reviews you've made to painting contractors you've hired or you can view their profile and contact them for more painting services.
Finally if you have any personal requests or would like to provide feedback or a feature request, simply fill out the form and click submit. Your support ticket will be addressed immediately by our helpful support team and we will contact you via email or phone within 24 hours.
Now that you've completed the training of how to complete your homeowner profile you can post your painting project and connect to painters faster than ever before remember.
