Providing feedback is critical to improvement, and Trusted House Painter encourages you to review the painting contractor that you’ve hired. Let me show you how….
First, login to your Homeowner account. Then click Find Painter.
2. Enter your city or address in the search bar and select one of the drop-down options provided.
3.Find the painting contractor you hired and click View Profile.
4. Once on their profile, scroll down and click Leave Review.
(Here you will be prompted with a quick survey where you can rate each part of your experience by clicking the number of stars. Clicking 1 star is a low score whereas giving a 5 star rating is the highest form of appraisal.)
5. Once you’ve completed all the ratings, you can finish the review with a personalized comment. Please be aware that all comments are published on the painter’s profile along with your user name.
6. Verify you hired this painting contractor and click Submit to publish your review.
Once it’s published, you can view your review of the painting contractor by scrolling down on your Homeowner Dashboard to Reviews To Painters section. This is where all of your reviews are stored for future considerations. Your review will be sent to the painting Contactor, which will help build credibility and trust for future homeowners who view their profile and consider their painting services.
